Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader in Indiana to supervise shifts, ensure quality pizza products, and deliver excellent customer service. You will help manage operations, adhere to safety standards, and support profitability through effective shift management.

The role requires 18+ and the ability to work long hours including nights and weekends. Prior shift lead experience and food safety certification are preferred.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises shifts and stations to ensure quality products and customer service.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and systems.
• Maintains shift coverage, manages inventory levels, and supports cash handling.
