Job summary

Flippers Pizza Co. in Orlando, FL is hiring for a pizza cook who crafts pizzas from scratch in a fast-paced kitchen. You will stretch dough, hand-toss pizzas, and bake in our 600-degree brick ovens using all-natural ingredients.

We ferment dough on-site for at least 48 hours, weigh and mix ingredients to exact recipes, and handle delivery and takeout calls. Training is provided and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas.
• Must be 18 years or older to use our mixer and food processor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality.
• Strong sense of urgency and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using Flippers methods.
• Making and managing fresh dough—made on-site and cold fermented for 48 hours.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes with kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders.
• Clean as you go.
