Job summary

Flippers Pizza Co. is hiring at our Tampa location for a hands-on pizza cook role. You will hand-stretch dough, top pizzas, and bake in 600 degree brick ovens using our signature methods.

Applicants should be capable of working in a high-energy environment. Must be 16+ to stretch pizzas and 18+ to use the mixer and food processor. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Stretch, top, and cook pizzas using Flippers methods.
• Make and manage fresh dough on-site with 48-hour cold fermentation.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients per recipes with kitchen tools.
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders.
• Clean as you go to maintain spotless workstation.

The Location

This position is responsible for crafting the perfect pizza. You will make dough from scratch, hand stretch pizzas, use only all-natural ingredients, and bake in our 600 degree brick ovens.

• Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods
• Making & managing fresh dough - made on-site & cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders
• Clean as you go
