Job summary

Flippers Pizza, Inc. in Brownwood, FL is hiring a team member to craft pizza from scratch, stretch dough, and bake in 600 degree brick ovens using all-natural ingredients.

You’ll follow Flippers’ methods with a fast-paced, energetic team. Training is provided and there are clear opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas.
• Must be 18 years or older to use mixer and food processor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods
• Making & managing fresh dough - made on-site & cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders
• Clean as you go
