Job summary

Flippers Pizza, Inc. is seeking team members at the St Pete location to craft pizzas from scratch in a fast-paced environment. You will stretch dough, top pizzas, and bake in our 600-degree brick ovens using all-natural ingredients.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of pizza experience, a sense of urgency, and enjoy a high-energy team setting. Must be 16+ to hand stretch and 18+ to use mixer and food processor. Flexible shifts and advancement opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using Flippers methods.
• Making and managing fresh dough – made on-site & cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients as per recipes with kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders.
• Clean as you go.
