Flippers Pizza Co. in St Pete, FL is hiring a hands-on kitchen team member to craft pizza dough, stretch and bake using 600-degree brick ovens. You will work in a fast-paced environment with all-natural ingredients and a focus on accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of pizza experience is required.
• Must be 16+ to hand stretch pizzas.
• Must be 18+ to use mixer and food processor.

Responsibilities

• Stretch, top, and cook pizza using Flippers methods.
• Make and manage fresh dough—made on-site and cold fermented for 48+ hours.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients with kitchen tools.
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders.
• Maintain clean as you go.

The Location

This position is responsible for crafting the perfect pizza. You will make dough from scratch, hand stretch pizzas, use only all-natural ingredients, and bake in our 600 degree brick ovens.

Position Responsibilities:

• Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods
• Making & managing fresh dough – made on-site & cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders
• Clean as you go
