Flippers-Pizzeria in Lady Lake, FL is seeking a dedicated pizza maker to craft pizzas in our 600 degree brick ovens, using all-natural ingredients and dough from scratch.

You will stretch dough by hand, top and bake, manage fresh dough fermented for 48 hours, and handle calls for delivery or takeout while keeping the kitchen spotless.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas.
• Must be 18 years or older to use mixer and food processor.
• Ability to work quickly in a high-energy environment.
• Strong teamwork and customer-ready attitude.

Responsibilities

• Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using Flippers methods.
• Making and managing fresh dough – made on-site and cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders.
• Clean as you go.
