• Schedule appointments and enrollments for PIV cards and PIN resets.
• Answer inquiries via phone/email related to PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate enrollment process and verify applicant identity and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment, applicant information, and status updates.
• Ensure data privacy and security for collected biometric and personal information.
