Job summary

Citizant is seeking an Enrollment Support Specialist to handle PIV card activations, enrollments, document collection, and inquiries. You will verify identity, maintain compliant records, and ensure data security throughout the process.

Ideal candidates have Excel experience, strong organization, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage confidential information and coordinate with applicants and internal teams in a government-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements.
• Prior experience in a similar role, customer service, or administrative position may be advantageous.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attend local hiring events 3 - 4 times a month (may vary, depending on the business need).
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and/or service walk-ins for PIV activations, enrollments, and PIN resets.
• Answer phone calls and emails related to PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate and conduct the enrollment process, verifying identity and collecting docs.
• Maintain accurate records of applicants and enrollment status.
• Ensure data security and privacy in line with regulations.
• Provide clear, professional communication to applicants and internal teams.
• Escalate and de-escalate customer concerns as needed.
• Stay up to date with policies and participate in training.
