Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and enrollments for PIV cards and related activities.
• Answer inquiries by phone and email about PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate enrollment process and verify applicant identity and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment activities and applicant data.
• Verify documents to prevent fraudulent enrollments and ensure compliance.
• Protect data privacy and follow security protocols for sensitive information.
