Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience with Excel for data management and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and/or service walk-ins for PIV card activations and enrollments.
• Answer phone calls and emails related to PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate enrollment process for PIV cards and verify applicant identity.
• Manage appointments to maintain steady flow and accuracy.
• Accurately collect and document personal information and biometric data.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment and prepare spreadsheets for tracking.
• Stay up to date with policies and participate in training on enrollment processes and data security.
