Job summary

Citizant is seeking a detail-oriented enrollment specialist to manage PIV card activations, enrollments, and credential updates. You will handle sensitive personal information, verify identities, and coordinate appointments with a focus on accuracy and security.

The role requires strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to changing security procedures while maintaining high service levels. Local hiring events participation is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attend local hiring events 3 - 4 times a month (may vary, depending on the business need).
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and/or service walk-ins for PIV activations, enrollments, updates, and PIN resets.
• Answer phone calls and emails regarding PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate and conduct enrollment for PIV cards, verifying identity and collecting documents.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment and prepare spreadsheets tracking statuses.
