Job summary

Citizant is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to support PIV card activations and related identity verification for federal personnel. You will schedule appointments, handle inquiries, collect documentation, and ensure accuracy while maintaining security and privacy standards.

This role requires strong Excel skills, meticulous recordkeeping, and clear communication. Expect travel as needed and a collaborative environment that emphasizes ethics, responsiveness, and a commitment to protecting

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and/or service walk-ins for PIV card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets.
• Coordinate and conduct the enrollment process for PIV cards, including verifying identity and collecting documents.
• Verify authenticity of documents and information to prevent fraudulent enrollment attempts.
• Handle sensitive personal information and maintain data security and privacy.
• Communicate enrollment steps clearly to applicants and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment progress and outcomes.
