Citizant is seeking an Enrollment Process Specialist to manage PIV card enrollments for government clients. You will schedule appointments, collect documentation, and verify applicant identities while safeguarding sensitive data.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. This is a sedentary, office-based position with ongoing training and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or admin roles is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in data collection and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and service walk-ins for PIV activations and enrollments.
• Answer phone/email inquiries related to PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate enrollment for PIV cards, verify identity, collect required docs.
• Manage appointments to ensure steady flow and accuracy.
• Collect biometric data and other applicant information.
• Ensure forms are properly completed per guidelines.
• Verify document authenticity and prevent enrollment fraud.
• Maintain data security and protect sensitive information.
• Explain enrollment steps clearly to applicants and provide good service.
• Keep accurate records of enrollment status and dates.
• Stay up to date with PIV policies and training.
