Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and/or service walk-ins for PIV card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets.
• Answer phone calls and email inquiries related to PIV credentials and access control matters.
• Coordinate enrollment process for PIV cards, verify identity, and collect required documentation.
• Manage appointments and schedules to accommodate steady applicant flow while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Accurately collect and document personal information and biometric data (fingerprints) from applicants.
• Ensure all documents are completed and submitted according to guidelines.
• Verify authenticity of documents to prevent fraudulent enrollment attempts.
• Handle sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations and security protocols.
• Communicate enrollment steps clearly to applicants and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment processes and prepare status tracking spreadsheets.
