Job summary

NorthStar Energy Services, a Quanta Services, Inc. company, is seeking a Pipeline Engineer / Project Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team.

This dual role combines hands-on pipeline design with project leadership, supporting routing, hydraulics, testing plans, and startup. You will develop pipeline deliverables, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and field personnel through design, construction, and startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level engineering degree required.
• 3+ years pipeline design experience in midstream/oil & gas.
• AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency; TX PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline engineering deliverables for gathering, transmission, and distribution systems.
• Serve as Project Engineer, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal disciplines across project lifecycle.
• Provide QA/QC reviews and ensure code-compliant designs.
