Job summary

NorthStar Energy Services, a Quanta Services, Inc. company, seeks a Structural Engineer / Project Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team in Texas. The role blends hands-on structural analysis with project leadership from concept through startup.

You will establish design criteria, perform analyses, coordinate procurement, and serve as the technical link among clients and disciplines. Office-based role with growth in project management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Working proficiency with SAP, SAFE, and L-Pile structural programs and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of ACI 318, ASCE 7, AISC, IBC, and OSHA codes and standards.
• Preferred: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas or ability to obtain one.
• Plant 3D Structure and CADWorx experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish structural design criteria and perform engineering analyses for energy facilities.
• Serve as Project Engineer with scope, schedule, and budget responsibility.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary deliverables and act as primary technical contact for the client.
• Develop core project documentation and review drawings for QA/QC.
