NorthStar Energy Services in Channelview, TX, seeks a Pipeline Engineer / Project Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. This dual role covers hands-on pipeline design and project leadership, supporting routing, hydraulics, MAOP/MOP, and construction activities through startup.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of pipeline design experience in midstream energy.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline engineering deliverables for gathering, transmission, and distribution systems.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, and budget as Project Engineer across disciplines.
• Support procurement and review vendor drawings for compatibility.
• Provide QA/QC reviews to ensure safe, code-compliant designs.
• Assist during construction, commissioning, and startup activities.
