Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a high-energy Member Sales & Service Specialist in Queen Creek, AZ. The role centers on connecting with prospects, booking intro classes, and converting them into members with excellent customer service and relationship-building.

You will thrive in a fast-paced team that loves people and Pilates. Starting pay is $15/hour with commissions, plus free classes and growth opportunities within the studios.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across in-person, phone, text and email.
• Comfortable public speaking in groups up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service focus with KPI-driven mindset.
• Able to learn and use Club Ready software and systems.
• Punctual, reliable and professional; able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving studio environment.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and have reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, texts and calls promptly, same day when possible.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership and intro bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service across all channels.
• Conduct tours of the facility and engage with individuals.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals and KPI targets.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
• Participate in events to promote the studio.
• Support the Studio Manager with member interactions.
