Job summary

Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates Franchisee, in Queen Creek, AZ, seeks a vibrant Member Sales & Service Specialist to engage prospects, book intro classes, and convert them into members. This SALES role focuses on building connections, handling inquiries, and driving studio growth with a positive, energetic mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in person, on the phone, text or email.
• Public speaking in groups up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills; goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and phone with same-day responses.
• Execute sales protocols for membership sales and class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to studio clients in person or remotely as needed.
• Lead tours of the facility and engage individuals to build relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals and KPIs per shift.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio and participate in events.
