Club Pilates is seeking a passionate Member Sales & Service Specialist in Gilbert, AZ. You will engage prospects, book intro classes, and convert them into members while delivering outstanding customer service across phone, text, email, and in-person interactions.

The role emphasizes building relationships, supporting the Studio Manager, and growing with a fast-paced, community-focused team. Starting pay is competitive with commissions and free classes.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, via email and text.
• Must be comfortable with public speaking in groups of up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve membership, retail, and service objectives.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Punctual, reliable and professional.
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt and evolve in an ever-changing fast-paced diverse environment.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls, including answering the phone and returning messages the same day.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership sales, or intro class booking.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients in person, over the phone, via text, or email.
• Conduct tours of the facility while engaging with individuals.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift.
• Meet or exceed assigned KPIs.
• Achieve personal and studio-level sales goals.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly studio.
• Participate in special events to promote the studio.
• Smile a ridiculous amount.
• Other duties as assigned.
