Job summary

Club Pilates in Phoenix seeks a energetic Member Sales & Service Specialist to engage prospects, book intro classes, and convert them into members. This is a SALES role focused on people, service, and community, not a seasonal position.

You will build relationships, answer inquiries via phone/email/text, and support the Studio Manager while growing our membership and retail sales. Pilates knowledge helpful but not required; training provided; starting wage $15.15/hr with commissions and free

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across in person, phone, text, and email.
• Public speaking in groups up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service focus with goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, texts, and calls promptly, same-day when possible
• Execute sales protocols for follow-up, membership sales, or intro-class booking
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, phone, text, or email
• Conduct tours of the facility and engage with individuals
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and KPI targets
• Support studio operations and events as needed
• Smiles encouraged and attitude positive
