Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a friendly and energetic Member Sales & Service Specialist in Phoenix. This is a non-seasonal, long-term role focused on connecting with prospects, booking intro classes, and converting them into members.

You will engage with callers and visitors, drive memberships and retail sales, and participate in events to grow the community. The ideal candidate loves people, communicates well, and enjoys a fast-paced studio culture with room for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in person, phone, text, and email.
• Comfortable public speaking to groups up to 12.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet membership, retail, and service targets.
• Learn and use Club Ready software.
• Punctual, reliable and professional.
• Team player who can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand or sit up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and phone promptly.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up and class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, text or email.
• Give facility tours and actively engage visitors.
• Meet or exceed shift sales goals and KPIs.
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming studio.
• Participate in events to promote the studio.
