Club Pilates in Chandler, AZ seeks a confident Member Sales & Service Specialist to engage with prospects, book intro classes, and convert inquiries into members. You will be part of a growing, energetic studio team with a strong emphasis on service and community.

The role requires engaging conversations, the ability to sell Pilates to diverse clients, and a readiness to grow with the organization. Pilates knowledge is helpful but not required, and benefits include free classes and growth

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, via email, and text.
• Must be comfortable with public speaking in groups of up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and phone, and return messages promptly.
• Execute sales protocols for member enrollment, retail, or intro class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to studio clients in person or remotely.
• Conduct tours of the facility and engage with prospects and members.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and KPI targets.
• Support studio cleanliness and participate in events to promote the studio.
