Club Pilates seeks a high-energy Member Sales & Service Specialist in Denver to drive membership sales, retail, and private training packages. You will engage prospects, book intro classes, and nurture relationships with members and teammates.

The role emphasizes a friendly, outgoing vibe, with a strong focus on customer service, sales targets, and a dynamic studio environment designed for growth and community involvement.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across in-person, phone, email, and text.
• Comfort with public speaking in groups up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with goal orientation and KPI focus.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional; works well in a team.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours; reliable transportation for studio events.

Aufgaben

• Respond to customer emails, texts, and calls and manage timely follow-up.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership sales, or intro class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, text, or email.
• Conduct studio tours and engage with prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and KPI targets.
• Achieve personal and studio-level sales goals.
• Maintain a clean and orderly studio environment.
• Participate in events to promote the studio.
