Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a Sales Representative to support the General Manager in studio sales, schedule introductory classes, and foster member appreciation and retention. The role involves delivering exceptional service across face-to-face, phone, text, and email interactions while promoting the Club Ready software for account inquiries and reporting.

You will conduct tours, engage prospects, and enroll them in memberships, working collaboratively to hit monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Confident in generating personal sales.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
• Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.
• An affinity and passion for fitness.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions with new and existing members.
• Proficient with Club Ready software to troubleshoot client accounts, attendance and sales reports.
• Conduct studio tours to prospective members to understand needs and close memberships.
• Contact prospects to schedule classes and enroll them in memberships.
• Assist with membership sales and retention activities and events.
• Work with the team to meet monthly sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Ensure forms and materials are stocked and accessible.
• Participate in networking events and studio promotions.
