Job summary

Empowered Pilates in Thornton, CO is seeking a Member Sales & Service Specialist to drive membership sales, handle intro class bookings, and support current members with studio needs.

You will join a welcoming team, deliver exceptional service in person and digitally, participate in marketing efforts, and help ensure a clean, vibrant studio environment while promoting our inclusive community.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with public speaking up to 12 people.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills with a goal-oriented approach.
• Proficient in using customer management software; thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional; works well independently or in a team.
• Able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours; capable of light physical activity as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships, book intro classes, and close sales; meet weekly sales goals.
• Provide excellent service via email, text, calls; resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
• Support marketing efforts and events to boost studio visibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
