Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a proactive Member Sales & Service Specialist to engage prospects, book intro classes, and convert them into members. You will build relationships with new and existing clients, provide exceptional service across channels, and help drive studio growth in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes sales excellence, teamwork, and a positive community vibe, with opportunities for advancement as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across in person, phone, text, and email.
• Comfort with public speaking in groups up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities to meet objectives.
• Goal-oriented with ability to hit membership, retail, and service targets.
• Ability to learn and use Club Ready software.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional.
• Team player able to work harmoniously in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to change and diverse circumstances.
• Stamina to stand or sit up to 8 hours.
• Reliable transportation to studio and occasional events.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls. This includes always answering the phone, returning texts, calls and emails the same day, and escalating issues to management as needed
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership sales, or intro class booking
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of the studio, be it in person, over the phone, via text messaging or email
• Conduct tours of the facility while actively engaging with individuals
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift
• Meet or exceed assigned KPI’s
• Achieve personal and studio-level sales goals
• Help to maintain a clean and orderly studio
• Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio
• Smile a ridiculous amount
• Other duties as assigned
