Club Pilates Denver is seeking a personable Member Sales & Service Specialist to engage with current and prospective clients, book intro classes, and convert leads into members. You will be part of a vibrant team, contributing to a positive studio atmosphere and delivering exceptional service across in-person visits, calls, texts, and emails.

The role emphasizes confident selling, relationship-building with members, and participation in studio events.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across in-person, phone, text, and email.
• Public speaking in groups up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills required.
• Able to hit membership, retail, and service objectives.
• Familiarity with Club Ready software helpful.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, texts, and phone calls promptly.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up and intro class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service in-person and remotely.
• Conduct tours and engage with potential clients.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and KPI targets.
• Maintain a clean and orderly studio and assist events.
