Job summary

Club Pilates in Tempe, AZ is seeking a confident, energetic Member Sales & Service Specialist to engage prospects, book intro classes, and convert them into members. You will be part of a fast-growing team and play a key role in community building while driving membership and retail sales.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to learn Club Ready software. Starting hourly wage includes commissions and free Pilates classes, with growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across channels (email, phone, text).
• Strong sales and customer service skills with goal orientation.
• Comfort with public speaking in groups of up to 12 people.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails, texts, and phone calls; answer the phone promptly and escalate as needed.
• Execute sales protocols for membership sales and intro class booking.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, text, or email.
• Conduct tours of the facility and engage visitors to convert to members.
• Meet or exceed sales and KPI targets; maintain a clean studio environment.
• Support events to promote the studio and build community.
