Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across phone, text, email and in person.
• Comfortable speaking in groups up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service capabilities with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to meet membership, retail and service objectives.
• Reliable, punctual and professional with a team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, texts and calls promptly and escalate issues as needed.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow‑up, membership sales and intro class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service across all touchpoints (in person, phone, text, email).
• Conduct tours of the facility and engage with individuals during visits.
• Meet or exceed shift sales goals and KPI targets.
• Maintain a clean and orderly studio and participate in events to promote the studio.
