Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a energetic Member Sales & Service Specialist in Scottsdale, AZ. You will handle emails, calls, and texts, book intro classes, and convert prospects into members, while delivering exceptional customer service and representing our hype-driven studio.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, confident, and comfortable selling Pilates to anyone. Prior fitness knowledge helps but is not required; we offer paid training, a W2 position, free Pilates classes, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, via email, and text message.
• Must be comfortable with public speaking in groups of up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve membership, retail, and service objectives.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Punctual, reliable and professional.
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt and evolve in an ever-changing fast-paced diverse environment.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls. This includes always answering the phone, returning texts, calls and emails the same day, and escalating issues to management as needed
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership sales, or intro class booking
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of the studio, be it in person, over the phone, via text messaging or email
• Conduct tours of the facility while actively engaging with individuals
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift
• Meet or exceed assigned KPI’s
• Achieve personal and studio-level sales goals
• Help to maintain a clean and orderly studio
• Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio
• Smile a ridiculous amount
• Other duties as assigned
