Club Pilates in Tempe, AZ is seeking a dynamic Member Sales & Service Specialist (MSS) to drive membership and class bookings while delivering outstanding customer service across in-person, phone, text, and email channels. This is a long-term, non-seasonal sales role focused on building relationships with prospects and members and contributing to a welcoming studio community.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across in-person, phone, text, and email.
• Comfortable speaking in groups up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
• Goal-oriented with ability to hit membership, retail, and service targets.
• Able to learn and use Club Ready software.
• Punctual, reliable and professional.
• Team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours.
• Reliable transportation to studio and events.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, texts, and phone calls; same-day responses; escalate issues as needed.
• Execute sales protocols for follow-up, membership sales, and intro class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service across all client touchpoints.
• Conduct tours and engage with individuals.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and KPI targets.
• Achieve personal and studio-level sales goals.
• Maintain a clean and orderly studio.
• Participate in events to promote the studio.
• Smile a ridiculous amount.
• Other duties as assigned.
