Job summary

Club Pilates in Chandler, AZ is seeking a personable Member Sales & Service Specialist to drive membership and retail sales. You will engage prospects, book intro classes, and convert interest into active members while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced studio.

The role emphasizes strong communication, confident public speaking, and a team-oriented culture. Growth opportunities exist within the expanding studio network, with benefits including free Pilates classes and employee status.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across channels (in-person, phone, text, email).
• Public speaking in groups up to ~12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities with goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, texts, and phone calls and answer the phone promptly.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership sales, or intro class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person and remotely.
• Conduct studio tours and engage with individuals.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and KPI targets.
• Achieve personal and studio-wide sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, orderly studio space.
• Participate in events to promote the studio.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
