Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a confident Member Sales & Service Specialist to engage prospects, book intro classes, and convert them into members. You’ll chat with clients, build relationships, and support the Studio Manager in connected conversations focused on memberships, retail, and private training sales.

The role emphasizes selling Pilates to everyone, with a hype squad vibe. PILATES knowledge is helpful but not required; growth within a fast-growing studio is promised.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across phone, text, email, and in person.
• Public speaking in groups of up to 12.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
• Goal-oriented with ability to hit membership, retail, and service targets.
• Ability to learn and use Club Ready software.
• Punctual, reliable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails, texts, and calls promptly, same day when possible.
• Execute sales protocols for follow-up, memberships, or intro class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, text or email.
• Conduct tours of the facility and engage with prospects.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals and KPIs.
• Meet or exceed studio sales goals.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming studio.
• Participate in events to promote the studio.
• Smile a lot.
• Other duties as assigned.
