Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a charismatic Member Sales & Service Specialist to engage prospects, book intro classes, and convert interest into memberships. This role emphasizes friendly conversations, relationship-building with new and existing members, and a passion for Pilates and fitness knowledge.

You will be part of a hype squad that thrives on growth, with opportunities across a fast-growing studio network and a culture centered on positive energy and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, via email, and text message.
• Must be comfortable with public speaking in groups of up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls and return all inquiries promptly.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up and intro class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to studio clients in person, over the phone, text or email.
• Conduct tours of the facility and engage with individuals.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and KPI targets.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly studio and assist with events.
