Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication.
• Proficient with Club Ready software to handle client inquiries, attendance and reports.
• Ability to conduct studio tours and enroll members.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, text or email.
• Conduct studio tours to prospective members and learn their needs.
• Contact leads to schedule Pilates classes and enroll in memberships.
• Perform membership sales and retention activities and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and stock forms.
