Empowered Pilates in Thornton, CO is seeking a Member Sales & Service Specialist to help grow memberships while creating a welcoming, inclusive studio experience. You will support the Studio Manager with sales-related activities, booking intro classes, and delivering exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling memberships and achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer service skills with prompt responses.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and via digital channels.
• Comfortable using CRM software and working in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales is the top priority: sell memberships, book intro classes, and close sales with weekly goals.
• Respond to emails, texts, and calls the same day and escalate issues as needed.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming for members and guests.
• Support marketing efforts by distributing materials and participating in events.
• Other duties as assigned.
