Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the studio, attract new prospects, and close memberships, private training, and retail sales. You will deliver stellar customer service to retain current members and drive studio growth.

A fitness background helps but is not required; strong sales ability is ideal. Responsibilities include leading tours, following up leads, booking appointments, and meeting monthly sales quotas while delivering professional communication and top-notch

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Must be able to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Must have proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the studio while assessing prospective member needs.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in events to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills and responsibilities as assigned.
