Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome guests, present memberships and services, and close sales while delivering outstanding customer service. You will tour studios, follow up on leads, and collaborate with the team to hit monthly quotas in memberships, retail, and training programs.

A fitness background is preferred but not required. You'll thrive in a fast-paced studio environment, love working with people, and be proficient with basic computer systems and the Club Ready

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours during the workday.
• Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues.
• Must have proficient computer skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the studio while establishing relationships and identifying member needs.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Emphasize and reinforce the studio's fitness and wellness objectives.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills; perform other duties as assigned.
