Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the studio, attract new prospects, and close memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail sales. You will provide stellar customer service to retain members.

A fitness background is preferred but not required; candidates with strong sales experience excel. You will conduct studio tours, handle inquiries, and contribute to events, while working toward monthly sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail.
• Experience learning or using Club Ready software.
• Able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours.
• Good hearing for conversations in person and by phone.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional communication to clients and colleagues.
• Strong public speaking skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process from lead generation to close.
• Conduct tours of the studio and assess member needs.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Emphasize studio objectives as fitness provider.
• Present services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to meet monthly quota.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
