Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee studio functionality, drive revenue streams, and lead staff development. You will focus on new member acquisition, retention, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced Pilates environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, sales leadership, and operational excellence to maintain an organized studio and compliant procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness preferred.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales.
• Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Mentor/coach up sales staff.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including grass roots marketing and networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class.
• Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring studio retail/products stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.
• Any other duties as assigned.
