Job summary

Rowan is seeking an enthusiastic Studio Sales Associate for our Southdale Center studio. You will create a celebratory piercing and shopping experience, assist customers with ear piercings, and help maintain cleanliness and safety standards while supporting weekend shifts.

You will upsell products, stay knowledgeable about materials and care, process transactions, and collaborate with studio managers and nurses to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can do attitude.
• Love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Comfortable with a physically active role (lift up to 25 lbs).
• Enjoys teamwork and staying productive in busy times.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Check customers in or help them book an appointment using POS systems.
• Assist customers with piercing and non-piercing jewelry choices.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and products.
• Promote and upsell Rowan’s products and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Process transactions and manage inventory display.
• Collaborate with Studio Managers and staff to provide seamless service.
