Job summary

Rowan is seeking a friendly Studio Sales Associate for our St Johns Town Center studio. You’ll help customers with ear piercings, recommend jewelry, process transactions, and maintain a clean, safe studio environment. Weekend availability and strong customer service are essential.

This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Studio Manager. You’ll collaborate with a nurse piercer and team, upsell products, handle inventory, and make every guest feel welcome while meeting sales goals and upholding

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• You must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• You love jewelry and helping customers choose their earrings.
• You pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to thrive in a busy environment and stay productive when it’s slower.
• Enjoy working with people and being part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to lend a helping hand.
• Strong math skills and basic computation.
