Job summary

Rowan, Inc. in Minnetonka is seeking a friendly Studio Sales Associate for our Ridgedale Center studio. You’ll help customers with ear piercing selections, provide product recommendations, and ensure a clean, safe, inviting shopping environment on weekends.

This part-time, hourly role involves transactions, upselling non-piercing jewelry and aftercare products, and collaborating with studio staff to meet targets while delivering the Rowan experience.

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can do attitude.

• The role involves tasks that may include climbing ladders, bending, lifting, pushing, and reaching above and below the waist.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to create a celebratory environment.
• Check customers in or help them book appointments using POS and systems.
• Help customers choose and style piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details.
• Promote and upsell products including non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rowan’s product offerings and care instructions.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Follow health and safety regulations related to piercing procedures and hygiene.
• Assist with inventory management and visual displays.
• Process transactions and handle returns/exchanges.
• Collaborate with Studio Managers and team to achieve goals.
