Job summary

Rowan, Inc. is seeking a Studio Sales Associate to create an outstanding piercing and shopping experience at our Southdale Center studio. You will assist customers with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and uphold Rowan’s cleanliness and safety standards, primarily on weekends.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork with Studio Managers and staff. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with commission opportunities and local studio benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Weekend, nights, and holidays availability required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to create a celebratory environment.
• Assist with bookings and check-ins using POS and software systems.
• Recommend piercing and non-piercing jewelry and provide product details.
