Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee our Southdale Center ear-piercing studio, delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a Nurse Piercer and Sales Associate team.

You will drive sales, manage operations, inventory, safety standards, and staff development while maintaining a welcoming, celebratory environment aligned with Rowan’s brand and Clinical Safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and customer service.
• Drive sales and manage the Studio team to meet targets.
