Rowan at the Mall of America studio in Minneapolis seeks an enthusiastic Studio Sales Associate to craft a welcoming piercing and shopping experience. You will assist customers with ear piercings, recommend products, and support weekend operations while upholding Rowan’s cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities include customer service, upselling non-piercing jewelry, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with studio managers and nurses to deliver exceptional service in a busy

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• You must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Strong basic math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming customer service and help create a celebratory environment.
• Assist customers with ear piercings, product recommendations, and booking appointments.
• Upsell Rowan products including non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, inventory, and adherence to health and safety standards.
