Job summary

Rowan’s Ridgedale Center studio is seeking a customer-obsessed Studio Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional piercing and shopping experience. You will support the team on weekends, assist with ear piercings, advise on jewelry, and ensure cleanliness and safety.

This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Area/Studio Manager. You will promote products, meet sales targets, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge while contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to upsell Rowan’s products and services.
• Comfortable answering questions about piercing procedures and aftercare.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Assist customers with bookings via POS and software systems.
• Help select piercing jewelry and provide product recommendations.
• Upsell non-piercing jewelry and care kits.
