Job summary

Rowan is seeking an enthusiastic Studio Sales Associate for our Ridgedale Center location. You will help create a celebratory piercing and shopping experience, assist with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards while supporting weekend work.

In this part-time, hourly role, you will greet customers, upsell non-piercing jewelry, maintain inventory, process transactions, and collaborate with Studio Managers and nurses to deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can do attitude.
• Love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Thrives in a busy environment and stays productive when it’s quieter.
• Enjoys spending time with people and works well on a team.
• Good communication skills and basic math ability.
• Role may include climbing ladders, bending, lifting, and reaching up to 25 pounds.
• Standing for full 8-hour shifts is a regular part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly to create a celebratory environment.
• Assist with check-ins and appointment bookings using POS and related systems.
• Help customers choose and style piercing and jewelry.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details on floor or by phone.
• Promote and upsell products, including aftercare kits and related items.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rowan product offerings and care instructions.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked; follow health and safety rules.
• Collaborate with Studio Managers, Assistant Managers, and Studio Nurse Piercers to deliver seamless service.
• Process transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Assist with inventory checks and replenishment of displays.
